I enjoyed designing and leading the collaborative sculpture ‘Woven Flame’  for Sculpture on the Farm 2025. In this flame-inspired sculpture, the traditional weaving techniques with natural materials were used to evoke energy and spirit.

I taught the participants the ancient and beautiful looping technique using paper cord. Once they mastered the technique, they created a few baskets to become part of a collaborative sculpture to be displayed at Sculpture on the Farm, 29–31 August. It celebrates community, connection, and creativity. Every loop you weave adds strength and meaning to the whole, symbolising how our individual efforts come together to form something truly special.
