Stellar Dawn

This is a small-medium woven sculpture that throws shadows on the wall with detailed copper work.  Can be hung vertically or horzontally. Composed using foraged Five Leaf Water vine which is an invasive weed. The intricate and complex weaving of copper wire references the ancient basketry technique of looping. The pigment is handmade from charcoal dust.
